PARENT TEACHER CLUB JOG-A-LONG

The Parent Teacher Club invites our students and families to participate in our annual major fundraiser, the PTC Jog-a-long. The PTC relies upon this major fundraiser to help support St. Nicholas Catholic School and to continue to provide great programs such as School Carnival, field trips, books for students, music, PE and Computer supplies and teacher grants.
How do students raise money?
In the packet you will find: a pledge sheet, waiver/release form, and a letter/envelope for students to mail out to friends and relatives. Pledges can be made per lap or a flat donation can be made. Pledge sheets will be returned to students after the Jog-a-Long for students to collect any money that was pledged per lap.
How do the prizes work?
Students will pick prizes at the Awards Ceremony in order of who has the highest total money turned in by the due date. Everyone will receive a prize for participating. Prizes will be on display in the entryway of the school.
IMPORTANT DATES
APRIL 21: Pledge sheet and initial donations due. Waiver/release form MUST be turned in to participate. Please make checks out to St Nicholas Catholic School PTC.
APRIL 28: Jog-a-long! Come support your child during this wonderful event! Alumni welcome!!
10:00am Everyone makes opening lap together
10:15-10:45am Preschool-Kindergarten
12:30-1:30pm 1st& 2nd Grade
1:45-2:45pm 3rd - 6th Grade
MAY 8: All money due
MAY 17: Awards Ceremony. Students will make prize selections. The class with the highest average of collected money will get a celebration.
